Multifamily (2 – 4 units) – 1 year $350, 2 years $650, 3 years $850

The Gold plan coverage is best for customers without specialty appliances i.e dishwasher, washer dryer e.t.c

It includes:

✓No preset visits

✓Unlimited calls per year 

Requirements 

1. There will be a cost of $200 for all specialty appliance removal – dishwasher, washer dryer, wine cooler, chef stove and fridge provided we pull the same appliance at time of initial service
2. We will perform all seals within our scope of work 

 

Premier Plan 

Single family, row house – 1 year $599, 2 years $899, 3 years $1099

Multifamily (2 – 4 units) – 1 year $550, 2 years $850, 3 years $1050

It includes:

✓One preset visit per year (3 months before end of each warranty year)

✓Unlimited calls per year
