The Basic Plan is for our customers who are not yet ready to proceed with the seal process. We recommend our maintenance plan to obtain the protection of the Biotech guarantee. No warranty. No seal work
It includes:

Bronze Plan $750
The Bronze Plan is for Small – medium apartments and or condos without specialty seal work and a rodent proof door sweep {250 – 800 sq ft}
It includes:
✓ Non chef or in-cabinet built in stove & refrigerator
✓ Kitchen & bathroom cabinets
✓ Radiators including vent screen off (encased, painted shut without access to radiators) – (all)
✓ Up to one rodent proof door sweeps and or threshold installed
✓ Baseboard, steps, shoe molding, & door frame(s)
✓ Up to 3 mice bait station placement in unfinished portion of home with door sweep install
to door or access
✓ Warranty – 12 months
Silver Plan A $1050
The Silver Plan is for Small – medium apartments and or condos with specialty seal work {250 – 800 sq ft}
It includes:
✓ Non chef or in-cabinet built in stove & refrigerator
✓ Kitchen & bathroom cabinets
✓ Specialty seals (excess screens, flashing i.e under kitchen sink, missen drywall behind appliances, huge cut outs in doors, walls e.t.c)
✓ Brick wall or fireplace area seals
